In which the students who are new and old or any visitor who is coming for the first time to our University would be recorded so as if GOD forbid if there is some mishap of any type of problem, so that person can be identified and security can provide whole data.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project Student/Visitor Information system using face detection is to manage student/visitor or any person details entering in the University, and manage the details of the person. This application is totally build on administrative end, and only administrators have access to change or add some functionality according to their needs. The purpose of this application is to overcome the issues that are facing in the traditional Security System for managing the records of people entering the University premises

Project Implementation Method

The implementation method of this project is when there is an entry of a person either student or faculty or anyone else, so the security guard can get the data from that particular person and they can save it to their records, for any further enquiry, of anything else. As if someone forgets their ID card of some relevant data. This project can help the administrator and the security personnel to identify who that person is and what their purpose of entering in the University.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This system will be based on (RDBMS) technology, and this can be run on any network environment, in this system there are admin login panel There are two type of user in this system Following Admin: Admin will have manage all the administrative work like users authentication, department creation, semester creation Manage all the user accounts. Security: Security guards would be entering the data, such as name, NIC, Photo (With and without mask), and other details.
