Project Implementation MethodWe are developing a user-friendly Mobile APP for commercial costumers of UK. Who can just in one click can make their contracts. The contract will be legally binding contract. All they have to do is just need to make their online login and then enter there details personal and meter details and choose the best option and e sign on that specific contract.
A customer first will sign up by his name, email, address, business name and mobile number. And any time can see the best option if his/her contract is in renewal time period. He can see list of companies along with rating and their prices and choose one of them. Then system will provide Contract documents to e sign it along with LOA. Then when again contract become up for renewal they will receive pop up message.
Development Model:Iterative development model with sprints every 2nd day.
Data Storage for implementation:For Local storage, we use sqfLite
For Online storage, we use firebase firestore DS, MySQL DB
Implementation Tools:- Flutter framework will be used
- Dart Language will be used for programing

Every single house and business needs electricity, and for them the best part is, we filter out the best suppliers in their area with the help of their postcode. They can get new supplier to switch their electric or also if they are already on the best one. They can make a renewal with the same company again to extend the duration of the Contract. All will be online without any problems and headache of insecurities.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable DetailsWe had done a survey with citizens of UK and according to them to choose best energy provider is really a hectic job. So it’s going to be a great work if we develop such an app which help them to choose best provider option in easiest and quick way. And ofcourse, 98% of their population are aware of using of smart phone and apps.

- Cost estimates = Development + Maintenance + Operation costs
- Development =break the project into tasks and use the lifecycle cost models. Experienced costs gained from similar projects should then be used to make estimates. The function point metric should be calculated.

- Tangible benefits =Reduced costs + Increased revenues

We will spend major Portion of our time on backend and then we will start working on alternative ways of different modules. And approximately backend will take 4 to 5 months and rest things will be easy to complete within 1 to 2 months and remaining time is going to be spend on error fixing and debugging and then testing.
Specification DetailsEnergy Companies will provide their prices and we will list it down and show to our customers. Costumers will choose best option then will E-sign the contract. For E-sign we will use Adobe Paid E-sign facility which will keep costumer data safe and secure.
Information DetailsCostumer will have specific logins and will be able to check their current contract status, Contract end date and their renewal time Period. So in this way costumer will become addicted to it and in future this is going to be a need in market.
