Every organization has different employee management needs; therefore, we proposed an application EAMS for monitoring the activities of company employees. This application will be adaptable to a company’s managerial requirements and it caters to all the needs that a company has such as attendance of the staff, employee activity monitoring, team meetings, task assignment, single sign-in option, productivity report generator. Additionally, for those busy executives who are consistently in a hurry, our frameworks will accompany remote access highlights, which will permit you to deal with your employees at your comfort, consistently. Monitoring employees is considered as one of the practical strategies for chipping away at the capability and proficiency of the business. EAMS is a modern day monitoring web application which helps companies in managing and keeping track of the employees. We embarked on the idea of making EAMS because we can see in our daily life that some employees working for organization are always trying to do inefficient work, and in some cases employees take credits of others as presenting someone else’s work as their own work. EAMS solves these problems are many more which the organizations face in their daily work. EAMS plays an important part in the society as well; it would make a difference for the employees of the public sector who are not working up to the mark. With this project, employee screen activity and working hours worked will be managed by the seniors. Everyone would have to perform efficiently and if the whole industry starts to use this, it will be very efficient for the entire country. And not only just the departments of the public sector but every company, who want to monitor their employees, will benefit from this. |

Project ObjectivesEAMS is a web based application built for companies who want to monitor their employees’ day to day work. Most of the companies in the industry are still doing this manually such as making productivity analysis reports, assigning tasks, reminding employees of deadlines and setting up physical meetings or at best using 3rd party applications for team meetings. EAMS will sort all these problems by giving all these feature in just one application. This will not only save time, but will be very efficient too. History shows that there have been many pandemics and at this time we still are facing Covid-19, remote based jobs are not just a luxury but a requirement and a necessity. EAMS brings us one step closer to achieving that goal. In the future more and more people will start to work from home and startups would be only hiring people for remote work, they will be in dire need of applications such as EAMS.

Project Implementation Method- Project proposal which describes a proposed project and its purpose, outcomes, and the steps that will be taken to complete the project,
- Software requirement specification (SRS) which includes information that what are the features of the proposed project that are user requirements and all the strategies that are followed in requirement specification and requirement gathering.
- Literature Review which includes all the project-related details that had been done and developed lately, all the accuracy, specification, and limitations are provided in the form of a document.
- 2 modules (Admin and employee) in which we will include all the functionalities and activities concerning a certain module and complete the design.
- Database includes database schemas and SQL Files that will be placed on the server for remote access to the data.

Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe end product of "EAMS" will be a web-based application as well as a documentation manual containing all of the application's technical specifics. It will be built using Laravel, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and the SQL database.
