The invention that has been presented is yet another automated assistance to the humans that could disinfect and sanitize human bodies and other corresponding belongings from the covid-19 virus microorganisms. This fully automated phenomenon specifies the area to be disinfected on a human body by specifying the height of an individual in accordance with the sanitizing fluid to be utilized. To ensure its effectiveness and efficiency each and every feature of the device has been standardized and quantified.
Project ObjectivesThe invention that we have proposed is an electro-medical sanitizing shower that aims to disinfect and sanitize people according to their physique and prevent them from further getting infected from the people or places which already are. The motive is to produce an assistive automatic system that will be able to allow individuals pass through and come out disinfected with 99.99% of the covid-19 germs eliminated. The project is the demand of present time not only at local level but at global level because no official vaccine has been prepared till yet hence it is better to break the chain of COVID-19 so that people will take as many precautionary measures as they can at public places and as the name of the invention suggest, the goal to provide germs free environment and allow people to stay away from the virus’s premises reducing the possibility of getting infected.
Project Implementation MethodThe Electro medical sanitizing shower works on the phenomenon of disinfecting individuals against microbiological microorganisms that can for infectious bacteria and transmit hazardous diseases. The whole world is struggling with the covid-19 virus; this proposed invention aims to provide a safe environment for places which are crowded and can encourage transmission among people. The methodology has been picturized in Fig 1.
Disinfection of microorganisms is a lengthy process which needs to be done efficiently in less time to be effective enough. This device was designed taking all the analytical engineering knowledge into consideration and standardizing every process and detail that has been put together in its formation.

The first phase of this process starts when an individual enters the shower tunnel. As soon as this happens the control unit activates. Since this device works on standard and quantized methods and values the process of disinfection is also based on specific values that the control unit will provide. Every individual has a unique height and physique which means that everyone will need to be disinfected in a different quantity of the disinfectant fluid with a different position of disinfection spray. These specifications are the highlight of this research project. Since there are other similar machines and devices working on a similar cause, this feature makes this invention unique from others.

The phenomenon of height detection with the help of ultrasonic sensors has been tested on electronic circuitry shown in the Fig 5. Input will be taken from the ultrasonic sensors placed on the entrance. The output will be generated through motors which will move according to the signal that they will get. The motors will in turn move the shower heads on the y axis pipes. As soon as the sensors detect a specified distance they will operate a height level in the programmed logic which will give an input signal to the motors and they will start rotating. The movement of motors will also be time dependent and will move till a specified duration. Similarly the water level sensor circuitry will also work in a similar way. As soon as a level of water will be detected by the sensors, the motors will in turn operate the pump which will pump the sanitizing fluid to the shower head nozzles.
Benefits of the Project
The proposed invention was designed to innovate our engineering knowledge and skills into a creation that can make a difference to the ongoing global ailment. The need of this research was to create a safe environment for crowded places with the latest technicalities modifications. The highlight of this work was the quantification and standardization of each and every feature of this sanitizing mechanism. Height detection, shower head adjustment and sanitizing fluid quantity specification were the sole objectives that were aimed to be achieved which the final design did. The design, its electronic circuitry and its initial prototype phase validated the effectiveness and efficiency of the device in its major motives which was to disinfect an individual according to their height and physique avoiding the waste of sanitizing fluid and saving the extra time on an individual for improved results. This invention will be a depiction of the analytical knowledge and engineering skills using one’s full potential prognostic expertise to mold thoughts and ideas into an interpretation to assist the humanity during times when the whole world is suffering and struggling to make its way out of this pandemic.

The project portrays by being cost effective and its size being concise, the installation cost is low which does not limit it to only high end health centers.
lThis project ensures health and safety to its customers because the theory has defined that the liquid consumed by a 5 year old should be different from the same fluid utilized by an adult. Hence, Equal amount of water and alcohol is mixed to ensure the safety by maintaining pH as well as preventing any skin side effect.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable- I. The Design Plan
The design of this invention has been put together after considering all technical and analytical feasibilities and convenience of the user and manufacturer. The design of this device has been customized in a way that it can be installed and operated in public places and areas which are prone to get infected the most and disinfection is an inevitable option. The device is made fully automated with actuators and sensors. Each and every component has been accumulated with precision to ensure an effective application and fulfil the right purpose of the electro medical shower.
When any individual steps inside the sanitizing tunnel the control unit starts working and the counter starts. The control unit has been allocated two different processes and hence it works on the simultaneously. The first goal is to detect and define the height of a person. Height detection in this mechanism is done by ultrasonic sensors. These sensors work on the basis of ultrasonic waves. Distance is measure through ultrasonic waves when an emitter head emits this wave and receives the reflected wave back. The sensors calculate the distance through the time taken for the wave during this emission and reception.
The ultrasonic sensors attached on the tunnel room with equal measurements, will start acting as soon as a person comes in front of them. A total of six sensors would be placed on the entrance on a equal spacing that will examine the height of the person. Spacing between the placed sensors is done by taking average height of a small kid, a youngster, and fully grown adult man. The sensors would be taking height measurements of around 2 feet to above 6 feet. To which ever sensor the height of the person reaches, data from that sensor will be transmitted to the control unit which will be already programmed to adjust the height of the shower according to the information and distance value provided by the sensors. Shower heads are placed on a vertical pipe and they are subsequently movable on the y axis on the defined length fed by the controller. Linear motion will take place as soon as the controller detects a signal from the sensors and the programmer logic will work accordingly. The dc motors that have been already fit on the top of the structure will be the working actuators which will assure a consistent linear motion for the shower head.
II. Sanitizing Fluid volume specificationSimultaneously the amount of the sanitizer fluid to be sprayed is to be determined while the height detection and shower head adjustment is being done. The sanitizer fluid is already filled in a container with water level and volume flow rate sensors to determine the amount of the sanitizer fluid to be pumped through. The theory is defined as the amount of a sanitizing liquid consumed by a 5 year old should be different from the same fluid utilized by a fully grown man. Hence this phenomenon is validated by making.
