b is bit.

Rmax is maximum round and R is currant round.
R=1,2…10.
Using the above algorithm, you will get negative and positive values.
If fr is equal or less then zero, XOR operation will perform on those byte in key expansion.
If fr is greater than zero, XOR operation is not performed on those bytes in key expansion
