Client can easily visit this website and know about different wedding halls that which wedding hall provide best facilities. Client can easily book any event through the website or application. The client can manage the day today working of his wedding hall or banquets business. Our website will provide the client with facility of checking the ability also with booking of any wedding hall. It also lets the clients view the addition services providing by us. SCOPE: Managing the reservation of the halls. User will be able to make new reservation. Provide food and other allied services. Client can easily track there date. Rent a car. Client can easily track cost of any hall or banquets. Florist decoration. Some of the previous projects that We have searched for are That features are available of the Banquet Booking System and the View of Banquets. The new feeds we are now adding are Welfare System , Easy Booking system, Florist Decoration , Car Rental And Aslo Location of Banquet Halls

OBJECTIVES OF OUR PROJECT:

The main aim of the project is to create an easy to use Event Management System with Support for Welfare in this regard following are the main objective.

• To design user friendly interactive system for event management, with relevant components for banquet management, catering and decoration.
• To implement the database system for information storage and retrieval.

• To provide system support for welfare based collection of residual food.

Benefits of the Project

The main problem with current system is difficult create and book events, and also, when events such as weddings end create large swathe of left over food. This food is thrown away and is wasted, which could be utilized help the needy if served in a respectable manner. Also, following are main issues concerning such systems:

• We have found that people face a lot of difficulties for booking events in due dates, causing wastage of money and time.
• There is difficulty for booking  relevant program for catering and decorations etc. as there is need to coordinate relevant information for each component.
• Also, there is need for managing the residual food properly in order to avoid wastage.
