Project Summary

The proposed system is expected to receive the calls from the persons who need to be rescued, take the necessary information about the incident and help to locate the nearest rescue station from the place where the service is required and find the shortest path to reach the desired location depending upon the road conditions and the timings and then dispatch all the information to the nearest rescue station which is located near the place where the rescue is needed.

Our system will help in protecting the vendors, visitors, corporate personnel’s and the general public in saving their lives and their assets. By using this system it will eliminate the need to determine which emergency response agency to call.

Project Objectives

  • All the information about the houses, apartments, malls, offices and all the other property with their linked roads of the specific area and also the graphical user interface with different designs for above mentioned things
  • Information about all the different rescue station (Police/Security, Ambulance, Fire stations, Bomb disposal squad etc.) in the specific area with graphical user interface with designs and linked roads
  • The system would tell the branch of the rescue station from where the rescue team should go, the shortest available path in reaching the destination depending upon the road condition and the traffic which can be vary according to time and day and also the short description of the event
  • Connectivity between the rescues headquarter and all the rescue stations in the area. Server system for the rescue headquarter containing all the information and client system for the rescue stations in the area which will help in knowing the area and also to print the page for the shortest path to reach the location
  • Short e-form will also be submitted at the time when receiver will be taking the information from the person who would be informing about the emergency for recording and performance purposes and it would be edited again when the rescue team come back after rescuing

Project Implementation Method

  • Phase 1

REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS

All the requirements regarding the functionalities of the system will be gathered, including the information about the area, houses, apartments, malls and the offices. Also the information about the rescues stations in that area.

  • Phase 2

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

The “blueprint” for the implementation of the system will be developed also with the different design of houses, apartments, malls, offices and the roads in reaching those destination.

  • Phase 3

IMPLEMENTATION

System will be realized according to the blueprint from the previous step.

  • Phase 4

TEST

Our system would have iterative approach which means that the test will be carried out at different stages throughout the project. Tests will be carried out along four quality dimensions reliability, functionality, application performance and system performance.

  • Phase 5

DEPLOYMENT

Finally the system will be deployed to the headquarter of rescue centre and also at the rescue stations

We are living in the world of uncertainty, where we need a rescue centre which can help in any sort of emergency and which can coordinate with different rescue station.

A system through which any one can approach to the rescue centre and that rescue centre should respond to that emergency with minimal time.

The objective of our rescue system is to serve emergency personnel and the public by providing exceptional communications services which help in saving lives and protect property.

We will make a system which will receive the calls from the persons who need the rescue, take the necessory information, find the nearest branch of the rescue station from the place where the emergency is required, find the shortest path to reach the desired location depending upon the road conditions and the timings and then dispatch all the information to the rescue station which is nearest to the place where the rescue is needed.
