Early Earthquake Detection Smart Bed
“An Earthquake is a shaking of the Earth’s crust caused by a release of energy.”
Pakistan suffered a particularly devastating earthquake in October 2005, which killed more than 80,000 people. We need a real-time earthquake sensor network and Smart Bed that can basically predict the detection of the earthquake so that the local authorities can be informed in time before it hits the people of that area.
The idea is to make a bed that contains Earthquake (Vibration) Detector, when it senses the presence of an earthquake or any other peril, it closes to cover the slumberers in it, so that if this earthquake is strong and led to the collapse of the domestic palace, the residers will be defended and brought out from under the obliteration safely. Outsider can monitor all the Situation inside the bed and take rapidly action to save her life. In smart bed also contain the lifesaving materials.
The main objective of my research project is to work on the realtime earthquake.

2. Real-time earthquake detector monitoring system—detect magnitude of earthquake.
3. Send automatic location of the Bed in the building through mail/Msg.
4. Monitoring of Real-time earthquake Online by 24/7.
5. Outsider can deliver the message through Microphone.
6. In smart bed also contain the lifesaving materials like (oxygen cylinder or non-fungible food and health kit)
Hardware Module Implementation:
For implementation of this project, we will require software and hardware modules. To automate the components like Bed, lcd screen, Buzzer and router using web app that’s why four channel relay is used for these components. Controller Node MCU will be used to operate these 2 things (location of bed, magnitude of earthquake). Powered used to power the Node MCU is 5 volts. Earthquake status screen setting will be done by using node MCU Esp8266 screen dot matrix model. Electricity will supply the power to all the components. LED Lights will also be embedded with the earthquake sensor to analyze the magnitude of earthquake to alert using buzzer. PIR sensor detects the presence of person that is present on bed or not. If person is not present on bed it will not closed. Also, hardware base button for bed on / off manually. The GPS embedded on bed to locate the position of bed.

Technical details about Project
In this project, we create an artificial Earthquake floor with the help of vibrator motor. Vibration sensor that are installed on Controller will detect the vibrations radiation. The PIR that embeds on bed detect the person if person present or not on bed, if person present on bed, the bed protects by covering it. GPS location will send to rescue center automatically location of bed where the person Inside the bed person can monitor by outside. There camera and speaker embed in inside the bed to monitor the person using camera and the transfer the voice message using speaker. These feature uses by web app like transfer message for the person that is inside the bed using mic of phone where the web app open and also monitor the person on web app screen.
