In this modern era of ICT Pakistan has not yet developed any intelligent based system for finding  missing persons. The missing persons includes the disabled person or ony other persons of all category of all ages. These missing persons are left as a burden on the orphan homes, old age homes and missing persons bureaus, But these missing persons centers also not capable to devised a system based on ICT technologies to send back the missing person to their homes or handed them to their gurdians. In such circumstances we are trying to developed an intelligent online system for finding missing persons. The idea circulates on the theme to design a system which is based on the platform on which a person who finds any missing person of any category as discussed above can gathered information from the person who heshe find by asking questions like hisher name, father name, home address etc and then upload the information on the online portal or on the other side the person whose person is missing can upload hisher missing person details like his name, age, picture, clothes, etc and then that online intelligent system can compare the information of both the person and then generate the match of the missing person. That platform will help the society to find the missing person thereby facilitating the concerned institutuion at the government or non govermental level as well.
