This machine is used to draw load-time graph and calculate the amount of energy absorbed by the specimens. For measuring the velocity impact we use various sensor systems. Amount of contact force with specimen is calculated with this system. Data acquisitions system record the force and time graph. MATLAB and ANSYS software help to compare our theoretical data with experimental and also for testing without material wasting.

failure can be studied more precisely.

- . CAD / CAM model on creo software and simulate it
- To check the outcomes before manufacturing through software
- manufacturing of diffrent parts of machine with diffrent process Like welding,nut ,bolt etc
- Attach data acquision system( DAS) to collect out put in volts
- Then we will compare these experimental data with Matlab and Ansys
- different sensor will be used for load vs time Graph
- Designer will be able to check energy obsorption of different material under impact loading before designing
- Easily test material and compare with theoretical values
- Perform lab experiments for diffrent materials to study impact failure
- To find energy obsorption of diffrent materials and elastic/plastic behaviour.
