DoTask App

is for all the platforms like Android, IOS , Desktop and for the web. App is actually making for NTU to support its Faculty and all members who are the part of LMS. At  initial stage it is for NTU but in future it will extend to all the institutes and where-ever it can be applicable, we will work on it. Every member can assign task, can take task or everyone can have the record of these tasks whether he finished or not and how much is pending.Who can give and who can take task is defined in a hierarchy.

Project Implementation Method

DoTask App allows user to login through a username and pasword then there will be a user interface for every user acording to his/her position in NTU like Deans,HODs, Chairman, Faculty or other. Everyone can assign task according to his position, Everyone can see his list of tasks like how many are pending, finished, urgent basis. All the users can have a visual presentation of the list of  task when the task is assigned and from whom it may assigned its last date to be done and all the small details about the task.

• The institute or NTU can have an updated data every time about all the task and activities on which the faculty is working.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

1. Android application will be developed using flutter,
2. Will be implemented in National Textile University (NTU) Faisalabad for testing(at initial stage), further it will be implemented in any institute or organization.
3. We have a seperate database  for task management
4. NTU’s database will also be used for fetching the data of user and post through APIs
5. NTU Authenticated users can login through their CNIC and password.
