Project Summary

We are going to develop an Android Application and web, which will provide a complete platform for donation providers and charity seekers. Here charity seekers will search for needed services like Money, Clothes(used & new), etc around him/her among registered donation providers.

DOGOOD allows you to be truly free of your worries as we make sure to provide you the best service by donation providers with a few taps on your phone. First, you share your need and worries among people, With DOGOOD app you can get easily, reliable and quick services at the comfort of your home. You can choose from a huge range of charity providers' services. We will let you send requests for services through the app by answering simple questions including your donation range and the time slot to avail of the service. Once you choose a service, a rusted expert or donation provider will be sent to your place OR you can make another plan with him.

We are offering Home Services like taking something from donation providers and give to the seekers.

A seeker can search the nearby location of the donation provider and seekers can also trace location by GPS.

Project Objectives

Project Goal: Provide an online platform for donation provider and needy people, where they can easily approach each other. Here donation provider’s service has more visibility to reach out the authentic people for donation and seekers have a fast approach to find donation providers

.

Objectives:

Donation providers will be visible to a wide range of seekers not limited to his own home area. Also, the charity seekers will get service with a single click and have a choice to select multiple donation providers with a good rating from previous seekers.

Project Implementation Method

We use Scrum Agile Development Method to develop our system. Scrum is a lightweight agile project management framework with broad applicability for managing and controlling iterative and incremental projects of all types.

We use Android Studio for client mobile app development, asp.net, MVC, and SQL Server for server-side development and photo-shop CS6 for designing of the project. Moreover, we deploy the project on the Google Play store, hosted the database, and hire donation Providers to make it Operational.

Benefits of the Project

DOGOOD platform will a good mediating factor among donation providers and Seekers. Here we will cover the service and stuff visibility to the seeker and a refine and fast approach to the

Help provider from seekers. Provide an online platform for donation providers and seekers, where they can easily approach each other. Here provider’s service has more visibility to the seekers and seekers have a fast approach to the donation providers.

This will also aware of our youth to help people among us or all over the world if you can.

The main purpose of this idea is to help needy people all over the world so that everyone can survive their life better..

Admin:

• User Login and Have a dashboard
• Confirm Service Provider
• Can Add, Remove User. 

Donation Providers:

• Register himself. 
•  Can log in – After Admin confirmation.
• Have a dashboard
• Have a profile, having the detail of Helping
• Have a portfolio and can add a new portfolio
• Have an image gallery
• Can change the location
• Make himself online, when available for donation.
• Can add additional facilities like home delivery etc.
• Have a rating and feedback history from consumers.
• During he/she will not visible in any consumer search
• After providing a donation he can complete the booking status
• Have a list of all charity seekers with detail.

Consumer:

• Can log in

• Search donation providers with different parameters like location etc.
• Can check service provider gallery, rating, and other facilities, etc.
• Detail Can book donation provider
• After booking completion, he/she will confirm the service provider completion request
• Will rate and review booking after completion
• Have a list of all bookings requests in detail.
