Project Summary
we are making digitalize dashboard for the Mehran car which has to be converted in to an electric car. The proposed system cannot only replace the conventional dashboard in a digital form but also endow the driving system with intelligent guidance. Statuses such as speed, battery management system, braking, battery percentage, the temperature of motor and battery, The battery’s lifetime and the system’s power economy have confirmed an improvement under the proposed energy management. These evaluations have demonstrated their effectiveness and potential feasibility. Moreover, the presented system can facilitate the driver to maintain the steering safety and stability in an easier way. Then the operation procedure can be simplified and hence driver can concentrate more on steering.. Dashboard Panels play a vital role in the operation of Electric vehicles [EV], it not only provides the driver with the information it needs to operate the vehicle but also gives the driver operational status of each sub-system in the EV.
Project Objectives
The objectives of digitalize dashboard are as follow
1) The aiming at the development and design of the instrument panel of the electric vehicle training platform
2) To help attract and manage attention and make information easier to driver
3) A fully working prototype engulfing the capabilities of a conventional dashboard and accommodating new features of a modern electric vehicle.
4) To make Electric Vehicle a more appealing product not only in the overall design aspect but aesthetically as well.
Project Implementation Method
As pure electric vehicles, compared to traditional cars, it does not have an engine, replaced by a power battery,at the same time, the pure electric vehicle not have the traditional engine water temperature sensor, oil pressure gauge, and so on, so the display of the dashboard has changed accordingly. The design is based on pure electric vehicle training equipment for the development of the dashboard, a comprehensive simulation of pure electric vehicles in the actual operation of the display state, the image, and intuition.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
In this design, the dashboard display interface design and simulation, achieved the desired effect, all kinds of signs and colors of the dashboard are according to the national standard, in addition,taking into account the most important part of this design is to practice teaching, therefore, the dashboard display icon in addition to the national standard requirements, also some common parameters of the display, to meet the requirements. The design of the screen clear, rational layout, display icon specification, for teaching and training is of great significance..Dashboard Panels play a vital role in the operation of Electric vehicles 'EV' it does not only provide the driver with the information it needs to operate the vehicle but also gives the driver operational status of each sub-system in the EV.
