This project aims to convert English alphabets into Braille characters will help the blind person to read data directly from the computer. All the programming will be done through Arduino and the output will be through vibrating motors.

All the programming will be done through Arduino and the output will be through vibrating motors.
Project ObjectivesBlind and deaf people face difficulty in reading digital texts.
Since they can understand braille only, it is important to convert the digital texts into braille first to make it easier for them to read and understand the written texts.
Arduino will be programmed for the conversion of alphabets to braille characters. The shift register will be interfaced with Arduino. The output from the shift registers will be fed to the vibrating motors. Motor driver will be connected to the shift register. The data will be transferred to motors. The motors will vibrate which will be sensed by the users. The motor will rotate according to the input.
Benefits of the Project- It aims at helping the blind people read and understand the text as it gets converted into braille alphabet by alphabet one at a time.
- It is portable and easy to carry.
- It is cost-effective.
It will be a pocket-sized product. Our device will have a presentable casing. Our device will be based on programming.
