In this age of connectedness, individual are getting comfortable to easy access to information or data, regardless of whether it’s through web or television, people need to be educated and fully informed of the most recent occasion with in less time. With the rapid development of digital media, big size LED become a new tool for advertising and marketing, as a network of electronic displays that are addressable for display of text, videos messages for advertising, information and entertainment. News flickers are also being display on LED screen, keeping people up to date of surroundings. It can attract the attention of individual in a very short time period with memorable impression. It also increases awareness, participation of people on contest going on.

Project Objectives

Notice board which are handled manually causes waste of things like paper printer ink, labor and furthermore brings the loss of time. Digital Notice board will assist you with overcoming these issues.

The motivation behind this undertaking is to execute Digital Notice Board that will alarm individuals to essential due dates, news, occasions and different things of interest  In this an authorized user sends the image of notice or any short video via personal computers over the Wi-Fi network towards the raspberry pi. Raspberry pi receives the content and stores it in its memory and then display the content according to the program.

Project Implementation Method

• • The framework comprises of raspberry pi 3 model B.
  • Node.js web server to have front end as well as back end interface.
  • Raspberry Pi is connected to router which will provide internet to our raspberry pi. Router will assign IP address to raspberry pi.
  • After successful connection, the admin sends message to server. The message is hold on some document on raspberry pi and on its SD card.
  • Now, the document is ready to display on LEDs screen connected on HDMI interface.
  • News Triggers feature will also be displayed.
