The industrial revolution has had a significant role in the transformation of industrial production. Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies have been successfully applied across all types of industrial companies to solve problems like mass production, safety, human interaction or other social-economic factors. This project presents the concept of Industrial controls, particularly Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and its the implementation and evaluation with OPC-UA software, which are now an essential technical foundation for the automation of industrial operations. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is one of the automation devices that is used in many industries and machines to facilitate communication between industrial computers. In Industry 4.0, Automation devices such as controllers will continue to play an important role in the global economy.

This paper introduces Programmable logic controller, discusses the topics of PLC. This paper also discusses the role of PLC in Automation engineering which is a cross sectional discipline that requires proportional knowledge in hardware and software development and their applications.

The concept of our project is based on loT (Internet or Things ) technologes, electricity loads managed  anyw’here in the w’orld. S o, this is a dual control sys fern: that can be manage the loads v’ia the computer program, or a mobile phone to control  the electrical  loads from anyw’here  in the globe as long as you have internet access.
