The vending machines are used for selling different types of goods as well as for selling tickets. Nowadays vending machines are used at airports for printing purposes. These systems either use coin or note but the system which we will design will operate not on coin or note, it operates on RFID system. This system gives the access through only RFID which avoid the misuse of machine as well as it makes the system more secure smart and efficient. A small RFID reader is fitted into the machine. The card which contains RFID tag can be given to any person. If the card holder wants to get some goods from the machine, he can enter the card into the machine and can get whatever he wants and the money is deducted from the card.

1. Literature review related to vending machine
2. Selection of motors and springs
3. Integration of hardware components
4. Development of algorithm for RFID
5. Integration of this system with machine
6. Final design of vending machine

Project Implementation Method

The machine will be used  used for selling certain kinds of goods at an unattended point of sale in exchange for monetary payment.

2. Shows the remaining amount of money in card and remaining amount of goods in machine

The expected deliverables of this project are:

1. Money collection application  with ethernet connectivity with the machine  
2. 3-D CAD modeling of vending machine 
3.  Manufacturing of a proof-of-concept vending machine.
