Project Area of Specialization Cyber SecurityProject SummaryPLC – PROG is much more than a software. It opens the way to the standardization of program code in PLC . Following the basis of the IEC 61131-3 standard, PLC-program defines a visual language bases on racks that permits the user to create complex PLC programs with simple drag and drop operations . The PLC is still stuck in software development environments equivalent to late 80’s PC software development. This delay in evolution has meant an increase in the complexity of programming PLC devices increased program development time and extreme brand dependency . In this context, where problems of brand dependence and ease of use strongly affect PLCs programming, PLC-program developed a truly automation PLC based band-independent programming platform , which will provide a solution to SME-AG members and to the automation sector as a whole . At this purpose , PLC-program incorporates the following innovations.
• A high-level of automation language with full support for object oriented programming.
• The programming will be carried out physically over an integrated development environment IDE ( that is the visual and integrated development platform) . New and for pre-existing components will be “dragged” and connected over the IDE , which will mirror the physical elements used in the construction of electrical control cabinet.
Project ObjectivesProgrammable logic controller (PLC) are computer-like devices used to control and monitor various procedures being an efficient technology within automation and industrial processed.
The main objectives of this project are :
• Design and develop the prototype for the industrial automation by PLC as the controller.
• This project will develop the prototype which is respect to actual system .
• To design program using PLC .
• To interface PLC module with input and output components.
• These effect ( project ) should make the process of industrial development for developing countries more difficult rather than easier . However, this project also argue that developing countries have little choices but to adopt the new technologies if they are to have any chance of engaging in a sustained processes of industrialisation and technology change .
Project Implementation MethodWe can implement PLC in glass industry as well as in cement industry.
• It is implemented fo controlling the material ratio , processing of flat glasses and for many more such operations.
• It is also use for digital quality control and position control.
• Some tasks which PLC alone can not accomplish in glass industry are achieved by implementing PLC’s control mode with an intelligent device.
• In order to produce cement of best quality it is mandatory that during the mixing process accurate data regarding process variable is used along with best quality raw material.

Technical Details of Final DeliverableConvey and Crush :
• We have a convey and a crush machine usually we can see A.
• Where we have some product that need to be crush, if its too solid and there is a lot of chemicals that come in real solid state and it need to be crush it , this machine can do that job .
• It consist of two convey belt and one crusher
How this machine actually work
1. Products gets conveyed through conveyer-1 to the crusher.
2. When the crusher is full, the level sensor will give a ‘ product full ’ signal and conveyer-1 will stop depositing the crusher.
3. The crusher will start crushing the product for certain amount of time.
4. When the time elapses the gate will open for certain amount of time and conveyer-2 will start working to take the crushed product away .
5. When the gate time elapse the gate closes, the conveyer-2 stops.
6. The process repeats by restarting conveyer-1
• The project has 3-Motors (one for conveyer-1 and one for crusher and one for conveyer-2 )

• It also contains a gate actuator (A Relay).
• We have a total of four digital outputs.
• To start motor, given a boolean signal.
• We have 2 digital inputs.
• For the level sensor.For the fault signal coming from the motor driver ( all faults signal will be tied together in sensible if there is any problem fault in NFD motor we can hold the whole process)
• We have 3 analog outputs .one for every motor driver in order to control the motor , speed .
