Project Area of Specialization Mechanical EngineeringProject SummaryPlastic have become a creucible part in today world.due to there light wieght durability,design flexibiity, they are accessive used in industory as well as household in other fields.the demand of the plastic is increased day by day whice now pose a tremendous threat to the invironment. the study focus on the design and fabrication of machine to convert plastic into oil as in effort in finding environment friendly means of waste recycling by means of pyrolysis,it is ulternative solution increased problem of waste disposal.pyrolises keep running without oxygen an in high temperature around 400C for whice reactor is manufactured to give the expacted temperature to the responce.
the waste plastic are subjected to depolymerisation,pyrolysis catalytic cracking and fractional distilation to obtained different value added fuesed such as petrol kerosene and diesel.
our project deals with the extraction of oil frome the waste plastic turmed as plastic pyrolysed oil whice can be marketed at much cheaper rates compared to that present in the market.

Project Implementation MethodThe research and design process of the project is in progress and we are working on that once the design process is complete than the anlysis of the project will start and will analyse the project and pros and cons of different material of the project after the analyses time the project develpment phase will start.
