Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine is widely used for cleaning jewelry glasses, electronics, solid materials etc. Ultrasonic cleaning Machine makes use of sonication in the range between 40 and 200 kHz to remove different contaminants from parts immersed in aqueous solvent. The goal of this project is to design and develop Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. Ultrasonic Cleaner Machine of different volume and sizes are used in industry and typical cleaning application, we are working on basic 750 milliliter design. This method of cleaning has been identified as more efficient and ecofriendly as compared to the traditional methods of cleaning objects and we want to commercialize this product in Pakistan which still makes use of the traditional methods. Ultrasonic piezoelectric Transducer design was studied with high details and complete analysis will be performed before the manufacturing and implementation in Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. Similarly, the design of the mechanical structure was devised in CAD models in professional software and the printed circuit board was also designed and manufactured. The mechanical structure, PCB and Components is integrated to develop the prototype machine with reference literature for large scale manufacturing.
The objective of the project is to design a fully functioning Ultasonic Cleaning Machine which will be indeginously produced and it will be more efficent yet less costly than the imported machines available in market.
Project was reverse engineered from an existing product. The necessary designs were made using CAD modelling. Analysyis of transducer was done in detail. The PCB was designed and circuit was analysed before implementation. After acquiring all components, the components were assembled together to get the final product
The cleaning machine will be more efficent yet less costly since it will be indeginiously produced. Moving to indeginious products will create more job opputunities in country and one day Pakistan may be able to export these machines. This will bring Pakistan one step closer in becoming an export-based economy rather than a consumer-based economy.
The final product will be a completely functioning machine. It will be able to perform function like a normal ultrasonic cleaning machine but it will be more efficent and less costly
