This project Departmental Management system (online system) proposed to replace the current manual system and provides a simple interface for maintenance of Final Year Project's information. This web-based system will emerge the paradigm of Bahria University Islamabad management. The manual system is time-consuming and complex. The main purpose of this project is to systematically involve all parties in the online collaborative system as a medium in exchanging information for the Final Year Project. This project comprises five attributes including, FYP, CSP, PEC, Internship and IEEE society blocks. With two interfaces of the admin side and user side, an administrator will be managing the system with the task of handling user registrations and accounts. User verification will secure the system. This web enables the FYP evaluation online by assigning the categories, date and time, and teachers with the help of FYP coordinator login. Users can observe their FYP progress and events on the website. The data import and export option is present on the website. Resembling this, the mobile application is the same version of the website with the same features. The project management and related features supported by this website and application are extremely valuable, feasible and relevant in fulfilling the endeavours of the parties concerned.

All the progress of FYP and other important documents are secured with real-time communication. The feasibility of the project is guaranteed, so this project needs to be actually developed and implemented. The departmental Management System is expected to work very well in improving the quality of FYP management.
