It will enable Real Estate Advisers to set up Online Properties, Customers looking for a place and buy it online without visiting a physical property.

The Real Estate System is becoming increasingly popular today. It brings many benefits to sellers, buyers and real estate consultants. In our project, we have developed a Real Estate system for merchants and buyers.

Project Objectives

With the rapid growth of the internet, real estate companies are beginning to find new ways to expand their businesses as the internet and E-commerce have given businesses the ability to connect closely with end-users.  Real Estate system are expected to meet the growing demand for new buildings. The Real Estate Management System is the development of an automated system of online property related services. This project aims to develop a web-based real estate application. With this program, real estate agents, potential buyers, sellers, homeowners, and others involved in real estate transactions can easily interact in a secure application environment. This automation uses application to increase consumer assistance with access to information and efficiency in dealing with real estate compared to the conventional business model. The main features of this App can be the post and view list of properties; look for commercial, industrial, and residential properties; and calculate the loan amount. The above-mentioned factors are expected to speed up the buying and selling process; provide a simple, easy and quick mode of obtaining relevant information about commercial, industrial, and rented or residential properties; promote online marketing and listing; and provide the user with unparalleled service and content when it comes to online shopping. Our goals are to create a WebApp which is highly responsive, so we can provide authorities an easy and fast way to sale and buy a property. We are eager to create a light weight WebApp, so it can be easily installed in any device and can be used by any person. It’s a real life problem and we are developing this WebApp for Abdullah State Company.

Project Implementation Method

 We will use iterative waterfall modelling in this proposed problem solution. Iterative Waterfall Model is the extension of the Waterfall model. This model is almost same as the waterfall model except some modifications are made to improve the performance of the software development. The iterative waterfall model provides customer's feedback paths from each phase to its previous phases.

This architecture can be used by any organization, or any individual who is starting their business from scratch. This service-oriented architecture will make our local organizations, brands and business men be able to reach and introduce their products to the international market. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
