One of our group member faced this problem in online shopping after a lot of discussion we all come to one page. Many clients and customers order the thing after receiving the product they claim that the design we wanted is not this if customer is allowed to design the thing he/she actually wanted/needed in this case claim issue can be reduced and customer will get the desired thing. Now let’s talk about the design, the design of t-shirt or any other wearable item is not attractive to the customer or wanted to design by them own or wishes to print any comment on t-shirt and wanted the font to be large/medium/small and wishes the colour of their own choice so in this process a person can waste his time by finding the item and can get confused about stickers and comments on that item. So we decided to give a platform where a user can design his/her own item with his own favourite stickers and comments and many more on that item and get that item within due time without any bargaining and wasting time. The target for our product can be any person who can have mobile or any other electronics device which has internet access, so that a person can find a wearable item and design a sticker or image on that item on front or back side of item and also put a text on it of his own choice. Once a customer design his item then he/she finalised it and put it in Add to Cart and then Checkout. Now the product that is added in cart will be approved/confirmed by admin. When the order gets ready courier company will get the order and will be delivered to the customer. He can pay the bill through websites by using credit/debit card and jazz cash or easy paisa or can pay Cash On Delivery. If customer need to track his product he must place his product tracking id in the order tracking page in our website. There are some websites which are working on this project but there is no option for drag and drop design on that platform. In their websites a person can put an image by uploading an image and then it will be applied on it. But we provide them readymade and customise design and logos and resize it according to his/her own wish

A lot of people wishes to have their own made items. To customise the item they visit many shops to get the desired item. Let’s think if there was any platform which provides every facility on just one click, so here’s now the imagination is going to be in real the problem facing by the people will be no more. In Covid-19 one of our member started doing online business he faced a major issue that customer suggested design was printed and delivered after that the product was claimed by the customer that the logo in suggested design was should be of this size and the comment that was to be printed was of this font this made it to claim and was rejected this led us to think about a solution. We will provide you with a catalogue as well as tools. Implement the designs by adding, modifying as many more. It will reduce the claim issues.
