Criminal Record and Organization Hiring System is a centralized system software for all the Organizations looking to recruit a new employee for the job and want to keep the working environment safe from a person whose suffering from a physical or mental condition or having criminal background. In our proposed system an organization can examine ,search and find out the basic information related to the person whom they are hiring regarding their health and criminal record with the collaboration of higher authority and hospital management system. our system software will protect an organization from an intruder or someone with criminal intentions which can harm an organization. This study also assumes that the system software have embedded information of medical records and crime records that will help us to identify the specific persons having criminal records or the ones which are unhealthy for the job. To keep the organization safe from intruder or unknown person we have added facial recognition method.

Project Objectives

•To create a system software which hire a responsible person rather than mentally ill or criminal

•To create a face recognition system which helps to find out an intruder.

•To create a UI which can be easily manage and operate by police station.

•To create a UI which can be easily manage and operate by hospital management.

•To create a system software which collaborate both hospital and police station records which is beneficial for hiring organizations.

The system was exclusively designed and developed for the criminal record management system and hospital record management system as well as beneficial for organizational hiring and new recruitments.

Our record system is designed basically for keeping medical and criminal records.This can be detected through NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD and FACE RECOGNITION method.Database Management systems are widely used by companies and organizations to maintain and manage their knowledge and information resources. After completing a database management course, students might work in any number of industries including, Automotive Banking, Education, Legal Insurance Government, Pharmaceutical, Retail. As virtually all industries make use of database management systems at some level, the scope for career opportunities for database management professionals may be wide.
