Project Summary

This Project Includes a Court Diary Android & Web Base Application. In This Project I Explained All Court Relative Work Into The One Application. In this Project I Mainly Work for Advocates and their Clients for fast and secure work through a Single Application. Court Diary accessible through any device i.e. Smart Phone, tablets PC, laptops etc. The Lawyers, Advocates, Judges and other law practitioners to manage and maintain their daily case register. It will enable lawyers to connect with all Court Staff & Client through an Android based app with one click. Through this app lawyer is to call his client through one click for court hiring problems. The lawyer also cancels or continues his court hiring’s with in a second through this app with one click.

Project Objectives

Court Diary is the digital diary that helps lawyers to maintain all the case details online with all the necessary features available in the app. Advocates need not to follow traditional pattern and maintain case, client and appointment details in hard copy.

• Type Judge orders
• See list of cases whom first date is not assigned, list stage wise, list case type wise,
• Calendar to see your holidays, functions and other dates, appointments, meetings, to do, to call, etc
• Using this app you can manage and maintain your daily court hearings of all the different courts for all your clients
• when client calls you his photo, cases, their previous date, next date, pending fees, are shown on screen with button to call / SMS / email / message client. Message through WhatsApp, facebook, twitter or any social app.
• Advocates can see the list of registered cases. Also can filter the cases on the basis of case number.
• Manage and maintain daily schedule for unlimited cases for unlimited courts without any restriction.

Benefits of the Project

• User: Administraton
• Functions: The Administrator is the super user and has complete control over all the activities that can be performed. The application notifies the administrator of all court hiring’s requests, and the administrator can then approve or reject them. The administrator also manages their cases as there dates are available in courts.
• User: Client
• Functions: Any user can request their advocate for court hiring’s through the application. When the request is approved by the Administrator, the requester is notified, and from there on is given the role of Lawyer. The Lawyer is responsible for setting up their case and court hiring’s. See list of cases in which cases are in stage wise, case type wise, calendar to see your holidays, functions and other dates, appointments, meetings  to do, to call, etc

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This Project Mainly Submit When We complete this fully. All functions work properly. No a single error will remain in this application. Complete Codes Run properly & important is that the application run easily & open in all types of Android phones without any error & also all types of PCs. Hang problem solve. Also we need to run this application in internet easily and freely available for all. The other Is mainly important for us to this secure transfer of data and secure communicate between advocates & their clients.

So When All Done We Finally Submit This Project to Our Supervisior & Staff Of Our University. We Also Wish This Application Is Used In Our Court Sytem For Daily Use. So Our Court System Is Secure, Reliable & Fast In The Field Of Technology.
