Project ObjectivesOur objective is to upgrade a chromium plant so then we could achieve our desire thickness of chrome. we were automizing the manual system so after our upgradation the system will turn ON and OFF automatically.
Project Implementation Methodwe were using a time controller for our project. In this controller we have a specific time interval, specific gravity of electrolyte and current to achieve a specific thickness. With controlling these parameters, we will control the thickness of chrome
Benefits of the ProjectThis project will be beneficial for industries in many ways, some of them were mention bellow
1.Artifical Intelligent:
This system will be artificially intelligent as it can turn ON and OFF automatically, the technician will just enter the value he wants plate on metal and ten leave the system, the system will turn OFF automatically after achieving the value of thickness entered in start
2.Reduce labor cost:
This will also reduce the labor cost as we know previously everything is manual so in a manual system more labor is required because the need to monitor system each second the system is running while in automatic system this factor is reduced.
3.Error ratio:
As the new system is an intelligent system so the error with compare to manual will be negligible.
