The current manual system is still used in some hospitals that requires a lot of paper work. It takes a lot of time to schedule. Many other hospitals still use file systems to store their day to day activities and information sometime there is loss of information if any of the files get missing. Often information is incomplete. Multiple copies of the same information exist in the hospital and may lead to inconsistencies in data in various data stores. This information typically involves; patient personal information and medical history, staff information, room and ward scheduling, appointment booking staff scheduling and various facilities waiting lists. These old-fashioned systems will be replaced now by strong computerized systems that are more worthwhile because of their maintenance and operational capabilities. We are proposing a health care system that make a strategy on how their services can be improved. All type of records like lab reports, ward room records etc will be typed by the computers which will remove many faults of manual systems. The purpose of this project “HealthCare Delivery system“ is to automate the whole healthcare management system, to save time, and to build up such a system which is reliable, secure, user friendly and easy to manage. No one knows when doctor will be available and on which time causing mismanagement and time wastage of both the patient and staff. By help of online appointment user will be able to know the doctor schedule and free slots of the particular doctor and can fix their appointment by sitting at home.

To provide a webApp that will allow the folks to have centralized access to the healthcare system records which includes the patients, doctors, staff and administration.
To provide easy access to patient record to the targeted hospitals so that in case of any emergency proper treatment can be provided to the patients of any disease.
To overthrow the need of manual system being used in hospitals in the targeted area.
To enable users to have computerized approach to provide healthcare services to patient, doctors, adminstration and staff. This would provide easy and effective way of having access to concerned data and offers betterment of the healthcare facilities in the area.
Development Methodology: System development methodology in software engineering is a framework that is used to structure, plan, and control the process of developing an information system. Software development methodology is a process or series of processes used in software development.
Choosen Methodology: We choose the Waterfall Model.
User Interfaces
User interface is designed in a user friendly manner and the user, in another end he has to give the order, for that he will interface with keyboard and mouse. Input from the user will be via keyboard input and mouse point and click. The user will navigate through the software by clicking on icons and links. The icons will give appropriate responses to the given input.

- Our proposed website will be plunked on Internet. Anyone who wants to use would be able to directly access our website using internet facility. Our website will consume the online appointment setting facility so that there will be no need to wait in queues to get appointments. This system will have a good user interface and will be easy to understand by user. The system is convenient and flexible to be used. It saves their time, efforts, money and resources. The information related to patient their disease information and should be kept up to date and their record should be kept in the system for future.
