Project Summary

The product Clothes Circle is an automated rent ,sale and stitch clothes system which is manually maintained. The product aim is to provide satisfaction and good service to the user. This automated system provide better service to the user and proper maintaining of records, integrity of Data ,make data secure , quick search and also provide satisfied and easy to use environment. Every user of the system will have to log into the system using username and password so that security and authentication will be ensured. Once logged in, a user can sale their product , give to rent their product and order to stitch clothes, check status. The system administrator is able to manage customer information and also update records.If anyone willing to see product they can see easily from the product page but if they want to buy or take for rent or stitch something they have to sign up and login. There will be proper data maintaining to resolve security issues.

This will be very helpful platform for users.

Project Objectives

Cloths Circle is a system aimed to assist in management of renting, tailoring and selling activities within the industry. It will provide online services to customers such as: users can give his/her any type of cloths on rent with reasonable price and any online customer can get desirable outfit from this platform and users can also sell their cloths like sherwani, 3 piece suit etc, users can get stitching service with measuring submission and also help in proper keeping of records. . This will ensure availability of right information, information safety, easy storage, access and retrieval. The study aims at building a computerized tailoring management system that would be more effective and efficient than the existing manual system.

As per as the people desire every person want to buy expensive and attracting clothes in marriages, festivals etc which is such a kind of head-ache in our country. Many people can not afford expensive but they are fond of wearing expensive and stylish clothes especially on the marriages events. On the other side people who can afford these things want to sell these type of clothes once they wore it. It cannot be used as a casual or in normal days. So this Cloths Circle is platform that resolve users problem of selling their expensive clothes and allow users to also rent their clothes and on the other hand also provide users to get their desirable outfit on rent.

The main problem people face are once they buy expensive cloths such as groom sherwani, bridle outfit etc these types of cloths used once and become useless, there are many people in our country who cannot afford these type of cloths such as: on marriage every person willing to wear stylish cloths so, they can borrow these stuff form their friend and relatives and this act make some times a person embrace, on world cup either it is cricket or football fans wants to wear their supportive team jersey but they cannot afford and on the other hand those who do seasonal business of these jersey always bear loss because they would not sell out their whole stock because of high prices of jersey.

The proposed cloths circle will eliminate the above problems and allow every person to rent, buy and sell their cloths and also resolve problem of manual interventions and speed up the whole process.The system will allow customers to register online and successfully submit their measurements of stitching and allow to give cloths on rent and also allow to sell cloths with reasonable price. The system has inbuilt validation system to validate the entered data. The customer can login to the system to check on the status of the clothes for collection. The system will show the already completed garments for clients to collect. The system also provides information about the cost of each garment. This data will be stored in the database for further reference or audit.

Project Implementation Method

we use agile methadology, we performed and performing tasks on the iteations basis. We divided the whole task into sprint and each sprint is based on the whole week then after end of the week we do retrospective.Changes made in the project can be done in the next sprint.
