And our idea of generating electrical power by using hydrogen fuel cell is because it’s an advanced technology and free from pollution. As the common sources of fuel like petrol, natural gas, Oil and nuclear energy cause’s major environmental pollution. As they released haphazard gases and fumes which cause damage to living being. So in order to solve this we are using hydrogen gas as a source and fuel cell as a basic working unit of project which convert’s chemical energy (from hydrogen gas) into electrical energy. The reason of using hydrogen gas as a source because it’s in rich with chemical energy and then after passing from fuel cell converted into electrical energy. In addition to it we can use the byproducts to produce some other useful products. In our case we are using H2 (gas) to react with Ferric oxide (Fe2O3) to remove corrosion from a metal by Separating oxide i-e Fe and O2 as it reacts with (H) and produce water (H20) And Fe will be now pure metal. That is closed loop process , the water which form as a byproduct again uses for water electrolysis. Which is efficient and easy to handle. Basically our endeavor is furthermore the formation of electrical energy by using hydrogen gas as a fuel moreover with the gainful use of results. In our endeavor the underlying advance is the production of hydrogen gas (H2) from water which is used as a data fuel or working segment. Hydrogen energy segment use hydrogen as a fuel which reacts and oxidation reaction happens results in electron conveyed . This wiped out electron during oxidation reaction can be used by load as an association among Anode and Cathode to make power . Close by this we are using result (hydrogen gas) for the abatement of iron oxide to outline iron and water.
Project ObjectivesThe purpose of our project is the production of electrical energy by using hydrogen gas as a fuel in addition with the efficient use of byproducts. In our project the first step is the production of hydrogen gas (H2) from water which is used as a input fuel or working element. Hydrogen fuel cell use hydrogen as a fuel which reacts and oxidation reaction occurs, results in electron released . This removed electron during oxidation reaction can be used by load as a link between Anode and Cathode to generate electricity. Along with this we are using byproduct (hydrogen gas) for the reduction of iron oxide to form iron and water.To use this system efficiently we made ammendment of a close loop to use excessive H2 gas as a parallel path to ferric oxide chamber where it will react's with ferric oxide and seperate oxides in the form of H2O results in Fe a Pure Metal.
Project Implementation MethodFirst of all we have to generate the fuel (H2 gas) from water which is necessary as an input or the working substance for Hydrogen fuel cell ,which is done by electrolysation of water. After which fuel cell generate's the electrical power as Oxidation reaction takes place at Anode and results in removal of electron. A special electrolyte membrane is used which passes H+ ion from anode to cathode.Now the electron released from anode is linked to cathode by the help of Load (A bulb, D.C motor etc) and flow of electron is basically called Electricity. At Cathode side H+ ion reacts with Oxygen from air in addition of electron and produce H20 that is Reduction reaction.In addition with it byproducts of fuel cell are water and heat . Now to use them wiswly water is again used for electrolization process to generate H2 gas again to reuse it as an input fuel of system. By cloosed loop process we gave an alternate path of Produce H2 gas to ferric oxide with which it reacts and seperates Fe and O2 results in Fe Pure Metal and H20.

Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe final deliverable of the proect is based on a Hardware System. The final module / prototype consist's of three parts.
1.Generation of Input fuel chamber.
(Input fuel of Cell is H2 gas generated by electrolysis of H20 using a beaker and test tubes with external D.C source to breakdown water into ions)
2.Fuel Cell Module
(Fuel cell is the main working element of project that uses H2 gas from anode's input to produce Oxidation-Reduction reaction results in electricity and water at cathode end explained above .Generated Power is used to entertain the load i.e A bulb or D.C motor by connecting at the output of fuel cell).
3.Utilization of By product:
(The byproducts are utilized wisely by the help of closed loop to produce H2 gas again to reuse it as an input fuel).
4.Purification Of Metal:
By cloosed loop process we gave an alternate path of Produce H2 gas to ferric oxide with which it reacts and seperates Fe and O2 results in Fe Pure Metal and H20.
