 Business Management and Analysis Project consist of two parts, first part is management that is related to creation of inventory, sale, suppliers, and expenses and generating barcode for product and with the help of barcode reader, user can scan all items quickly and generate sale receipt. System keeps track of all types of reports related to purchasing products, sale, and expense and suppliers history. Second part of project is Analysis related to income statement, balance sheet, profit/loss statement Analysis, and prediction of next level of business. With the help of Analysis, Owner of the business can easily understand his current and future state of business, and also with the help of this feature, owner can modify business policies. System tells you which product you need more to sale as compare to any another product.

In this project we offer the customer to order online by using android app/web application, and after verification of order, customer can receive order at home.

Project Objectives

As we know that every business man is conscious about their business issues like how many items quantity left, how many sale, which items are more profitable and also issues related to security.

Project Implementation Method

For the development of our project the software methodology that we would be using will be the “agile approach.” We have chosen this methodology as it will allow us to add more functions and modules to the project later if needed. Therefore, the agile approach will provide us with flexibility in our project for adding more functionality later and with the use of it we will also not need to repeat the whole process of adding a function during its development.

• We’ll develop this Desktop application to provide facility to the user and to reserve or save resources. (Time at the time of calculation, creating inventory, stock in and out).soultion using barcode reader and thermal printer.
• We’ll make the Desktop application which is very easy to use for the end user (sale person, admin).
• We’ll provide roll based security feature so that no one can access the admin account that hold all business activities.
• We’ll make it possible to make Analysis part of this system is based on artificial intelligence or with statistical model
• We’ll make it possible by this application User or Admin can generate barcode for any self-generated product.
• We’ll make ease for end customer, customer can place order online by using android app/web app
