Budget mangament system is the AI based management system which predict the next month expenditure according to previous reccord and help in managing budget.

Project Objectives

The proposed system should be able to manage the records of usage and available money.

•To provide easy access to partners, members of a group or family in the budget.

•The proposed system should be able join the users in a budget by inviting them via link

and by a unique code for each budget.

•To provide easy and secure access to all users of a budget and for prediction of expenses

for next month.

•The system will be user-friendly, secure and responsive

Project Implementation Method

Proposed application will provide secure login of the application for making and viewing and using the budget app. User can easily input frequent expenses all at once byb bookmarkingthem in the home page to decrease the human effort for the system.

Based on the data entered, user can instantly view his/her expense by category and changes between each month. User can view and make the change of his/her assets andi incomeexpense indicated by a graph as well.

• User can make and view backup in Excel file for the future use after the deletion from its account.

• Money Manager shows the cumulative budget and expenses by a graph so user can see the amount of his/her expense against your budget quickly and make suitable financial

inferences.

• System will provide the user to set reminder at the specific amount or percentage and if these are not set by the user then system set remainder according to budget of previous month for this budget, when user spent more then this limit then the remainder send notification to all the connected user of that budget.

• System will provide multiple currencies and user can use any of it. Proposed system will convertthe currency when there are two people in the budget who are using differentc currencies and show each of them the budget in their own currency.

• The user will categorize multiple categories in the same time or can join multiple

categories at the same time (for example budget for home, budget for the hostel, budget

for the trip etc.)

• User will able to search and sort transaction by name, category, amount or date.

• System will also incorporate artificial intelligence algorithms to predict the patterns or trends of the spending in the budget and by using this data of the user.

Benefits of the Project

An android based application which provides solution by maintainingand managing the budget of month easily by keeping the expenses in limit. The proposed app will reduce the time spent on calculating budget and will predict the upcoming month's budget in advance which eventually helps user to make the realistic budgetn and reduce the ever increasing expenses.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverables will an android app which can keep the record of the monthky expenses and will predict the future expenses and user will easy to manage to monthly expenses.
