The controller provides pulses of current to the motor windings which control the speed and torque of the synchronous motor. We are makimg BLDC Motor Controller to run an Electric Bike. Electric bikes are the future in the world as they are environment friendly. The controller will work on 36-48V for its operation. Our aim is to build controller which can easily jandle the BLDC motors up to 350W.
Project ObjectivesE-bikes use rechargeable batteries that can travel up to 25 to 45 km/h, much faster than most people would cycle, getting you to your destination quicker and in better shape. In a nutshell they offer low cost, energy efficient, and emission-free transportation which also has physical and health benefits.
Secondly,our objective is to minimize the initial torque which helps to overcome the burning of windings of bldc motor.
Project Implementation MethodMC33035 is BLDC motor controller that generates PWM depneding on the inputs comming from the hall sensors that are fed into the MC33039 IC for closed loop.The output of MC33035 is fed in to the Mosfets that are providing 3-phase outputs for the input of motor.

It will be controller based Electric_Bike along with the rechargeable Battery bank. The bike speed can also be controlled easily with throttle. The E-Bike is likely to be chain or hub motor based.
