Project Summary

This project improves the security level in Institute. A biometric security will implement in which a person scan fingerprint. If user is an authorized person then door opens. Otherwise a common person cannot enter until the operator enters his security credentials (CNIC) and fingerprint. A Camera is mounted with system for taking pictures of users. After this operator allows that person to enter in jail. One Person Entry at a time. For more security Biometric devices will mount both stages (In or Out).  When Authorized Person enters or exit through gate, A LED placed which shows Data and  status (In or Out). A real time Monitoring is done in throughout scenario. A Door alarm will set to system if any intruder perform suspicious activity then bell rings. A well organized network will be established through which whole hardware configure. The whole entries have a record in server.  Operator can search record with multiple options (Date ,Time ,ID ,Fingerprint etc)
Operator can take backup of database in external USB device and Hard Disk. Operator can also set access levels for different users. A totally foolproof IT Solution for high authentic places.

Project Implementation Method

• The Biometric device will mount outside of the wall near to Security door.
• A Smart Screen will place upside the Biometric Device where data will show.
• The Security Door will placed between Fingerprint reader and Biometric door.
• The Electric Lock will place at the left side of Security door so it locks the door on time.
• Fingerprint reader will mount on the inside of the wall so user come outside after verification.
• The Camera will mount at the top of Biometric Device so it can take images easily.
• The Server is placed in server room.
• The Cables will attached to devices and Server so all the components can communicate with each other.

This project provides ultimate fool proof security. Sensitive places where security tolerance level is zero. This project will compatible for both small and medium organizations. This project is totally user friendly so stakeholders have a great benefit regarding this system. The Biometric Security door project is much efficient for security oriented environments. The persons who use this product will under a check and balance system. Only Authenticate persons will allow to in and out. Every Movement which is occur under this project will kept in record. This project have a great significance and worth. This project protects the rights of stakeholders. Every Stakeholder has a well defined job in this system.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This Project will support upto 100000 transactions of fingerprints. And store data upto 10000 or more people at a time. The system will require 12 volts power for biometric device ,fingerprint reader and electric lock. We will attach a 12 volt relay with electric lock so that if we face any power conflicts then our devices will safe in such situation. Cat6 Ethernet cable will used so have higher data transfer rates. The Security Door is made with high mechanical knowledge so that we avoid human error conflicts. The Door is made up of iron and will paint with rustfree enamel.
