The Project “Biometric Base Employee Punctuality Monitoring” the system is being develop for the purpose of the Employees Punctuality will automatically being monitored. The problem for the admin person who want to manually enter the data of each employee to their check in time to their organization and want to go to each room and check whether the teacher has come or not and when he came. Manual time written and again enter to the system.

Our system will fulfil his manual entry work by the finger print recognition to automate these entries. And our application will help the employee for the attendance and schedule reports. Teacher will see his attendance, punctuality performance and mark attendance by his or her finger print. Where the admin will create the schedule and assign each course to the teacher without there clash or repeat of courses.

Project Objectives

1. Our goal is to design user friendly and very responsive app that solve the increasing problem for the attendance of increasing numbers of employees and it’s hard to manage their check and balance.
2. System will manage to automate the manual entry of the admin employee which was consuming much time to create and generate report on daily basis.
3. The employee who are very punctuality towards their work and reach’s their institute and class on time will see their attendance report and also see their schedule of their corresponding rooms.
4. The application will contribute to create the schedule by showing that there will be no clash no repeat of courses and no repeat of assign of courses to teacher.
5. Our system will use biometric identification to check the employee attendance and manage his or her attendance will respect to schedule.
6. The biometric is unique and fast working process of marking attendance where each employee were mark their attendance where at the moment his or her finger wo scan and check in and check out will be notify.

Project Implementation Method

To build this project the idea was that in our university there is an employee who’s duty is to check and balance the schedule and according to that he will visit each and every room and check whether the teacher came into class or not and stand there and wait till the teachers come and when teacher arrives he written manually the time that teacher came into class room and as case as for all the staff and check all the room and after every slot he will check and at the day end he manually enter the data one by one and maintain an excel sheet and give report to the project manager and this case is on daily basis.

We give an idea to create an application that will do all that things without any time consuming that we will create an application which have an admin panel and user panel that admin will create schedule by first create room and assign available slots and then create course and allot a room, day and slots. And then assign to teacher and now admin will not have to worry about the clash or application will manage the clash for that courses and teacher availability. Then the schedule will create and that will show to the teacher on their panel and user via login can check there schedule of their own. We have another module of biometric attendance first admin will register teacher at the register moment he will also register their finger print and store to firebase and when the teacher will arrive to institute that will compulsory mark attendance at gate and have check in for the day. And the other finger scan before entering to class that as I told that the admin person have not to wait and don’t have to manually enter the check in time of teacher. The teacher will scan finger and his time and check in was stored in some case that if teacher do not have at that time class or in a different room so that when he scan the finger it will notify that you’re not here or your class is not at that time.

Teacher can check it punctuality by our application just simply login and the dashboard appears and then he will check its schedule and check its attendance report in the application or can chat will admin through our application.

Benefits of the Project

1. Our app will work on all Latest Android version but it will not work on IOS or MAC based system because it is written in android Base system.
2. Firebase will eventually come to end after long time it cost as per usage by the owners, will cost few dollars per GB data.
3. We are done with what we could to make it as simple as it. But some will be the component’s which will cause some disturbance that are.  
4. Firebase storage there will be any specific time were the data limit exceed there are no documents related to issue. But this could be solved after we upgrade it to premium version which cost as per GB of data.
5. All of the features which need to send or receive data or download any file picture/video need to have an active data connection with out that App does’ not run. Pre Exists data for messenger to receive notification of the Teacher or admin will be available offline but doesn’t work further any task.
6. In App Messenger: In this application we will give the communication facility to teacher and admin.
7. Download Excel Report: The attendance report as wish of teacher can view and will download in excel or pdf format.
8. Teacher can view its own schedule easily in application.
9. Admin can easily check the punctuality of every teacher from gate and class check in.
10.  Admin can also create schedule with simply flow of application and can assign course to each teacher.
11.  Teacher will notify when the attendance is placed wrong or not at that time.
12. All of the features which need to send or receive data or download any file picture/video need to have an active data connection with out that App does’ not run. Pre Exists data for messenger to receive notification of the Teacher.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

In conclusion, we can say we have worked really hard for this project. We have design an app for the admin for making schedule in easy process and make an attendance biometric by easy check in and check out. We have their to identifies the functional and nonfunctional process in the application we made a user portal also when user wants to see its own schedule and attendance report where admin can manage course, teacher and make schedule by checking clash or any duplication and also verify and check attendance.
