We propose to build a online real estate web portal wuth andoid app that allows users to post property for

sale as well as search sort property and contact its owner online.It also consists of an innovative feature that

allows users to post reviews of the dealing process with a buyer after their deal.This allows the buyers to

verify a sellers profile and view his past deal experiences from other user reviews on his profile. Every user

on the portal has a profile that can be viewed by to check his past deals status. A user may post bad reviews

about another user he has dealt with if any payment issues are encountered during the deal. So users may

now verify that particular user before dealing with him.Users may look for property as per area, lhr,

Location as well as other amenities like lift, furnished, semi-furnished etc.The system sorts property and

displays results list as desired by user.Users may also post a property for sale along with desired price,

location and contact details. Dealers can advertise their new projects to the users with the permission of

admin. New users can register with permission of admin. The product also provides also lists available loan

strategies at present and directs user to the desired bank’s website.Property agents will be able to contact

with each other directly by sending or receiving notifications of recent properties they want to sell, buy or

rent out in any particular area.Users will be able to see who is selling material in low cost or giving less

expensive and trusted services and from where they need to buy bricks, cement and other material during

house building depending upon cost and extra services they provide.

Project Objectives

Our proposed system gives all the features provided by the traditional existing systems, but instead of

working only with nonspatial database, the system also works with spatial data. The system will have the

following prominent features: -

Specification based searching This feature provides the related information to the users according to the

specification they have provided to the website. For e.g., if a user is looking for a house with 1bhk at 9

lakhs at Murree, then only those properties which satisfy the aforementioned demand will be returned to the

user. Agent Notification Once the user is focused in a particular property and clicks the “Confirm” button a

mail type message would automatically be sent to the agent who managesthe corresponding zone, informing

agent about the user’s name, his contact number and email address.Individuals can search for a brick

maker and cement seller in his area and do save his details and contact him. Adding property for sale A user3

can add his property that he is willing to sale so that it can be viewed by other potential clients focused in

similar property. For this purpose, the client is supposed to enter not only the location but also pictures and

the cost at which he is willing to sale that property. Notifying interested users Whenever a new stuff is

added, then a mail type notification is automatically sent to all those clients who were interested or were

searching for a near property.Thereby notifying those users about the availability of that property. Allowing

users to contact the retailer. The loan is an added database advantage to the users. The users would be given

the feature of borrowing a loan from the retailer before making a final decision. This would help the user to

disparate interesting property finds and thus help in final decision making.

Providing user with the different areas in which properties are available for sale, the user can easily select

the desired property.The official documentation is an additional feature which helps us to clarify our doubts

about the property and make sure that the property is certified by the government which gives us a clear

amount of the property without fraud.

Project Implementation Method

The initial aim of this study is to compare information about several features of a house e.g. number of

bedrooms, cost, location, type of property and display the properties list according to the search. Then the

additional modules are added such as feedback, list all property, rent all property, buy all property etc. After

the user searches properties several times, the website shows recommended properties which are for sale.

The user can buy the property by contacting the retailer through filling the section of user’s details which

gets stored in the database and the retailers contact the users who have entered their details.The

implementation is done using Wordpress platform, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Namecheap database.

The additional features include the loan option and the official documentation which is not present in the

existing system. The loan option provides the user to apply loan instantly by filling the document and

sending to the retailer and the user can purchase his desired property hassle free and official documentation

is included for giving clarity to the users about property location, price, bedrooms etc which is officially4

The website is to bring the real estate industry online and enabling real estate industry participants to benefit

from the Internet. Site acts as an interface between Individuals, brokers and realtors. Here the user can

advertise his property for buying or for selling.Loan option brings this website into the light as it allows the2

user apply loan online and does not have to worry about financial problems.The official documentation

which is used as means to certify the property is verified by the government and the user can also see the

low cost seller of cemet and bricks in their area
