Automatic Water Tap System
As we know, natural resources are most important for human life. With the passage of time and increase in population, these resources are about to vanish. For human life, water is the most important natural resource. According to a UN report, because of excess usage and wastage of water in daily routine, water is about to reach its dead level by 2025 in Pakistan which is an alarming situation. In daily routine, a large amount of wastage is wasted domestically and commercially during face/hand washing, tooth brushing and ablution etc. To overcome the problem of water wastage, an innovative and cost effective solution is proposed by designing a water conservation/management system for domestic/commercial use.
The objectives are as follow:
First attach the system with water tank and then power it through Power Supply or solar power. After completion of installation process system is ready to use.It only allows water to flow when someone brings hands under pre-define range. It continuously measures the flow and temperatue of water and display all valuues on Graphical User Interface Touch Screeen Display. Required values of Flow and Temperature can be set manually using Touch Screen GUI. Controller turn off the water flow or geaser whenever Set value of flow or temprature is reached . All above mentoned systems can be controlled or monitored on the go from any corner of world using IoT.
As an automatic tap it will save 2-3 litter water during ablution per-person. If one tap uses 10 times a day it will save up to 30 litter of water. Its will definitely save the consumption of electricity (use to refile the water tank) due to less use of water. Its will helps in reviving of sunnah of less wastage of water during ablution. It will be convenient to use for the person of any group of age. It will be a eco-friendly device as its save natural resources and will benefit for the humanity.It will be complete autonomous system for water conservation both at domestic and commercial level. It provide Graphical User Interface for display and monitoring of flow of water, average water using, temperature of water and water level indicator of water tank. GUI will aslo use to control the whole system of water conservation. This system will be benifiecier at both domesctic and commercial level.
