Automatic Roti maker
Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryOur project has been divided into four main steps no.1 is Mixing in this the mixer will start to the mix the water and flour which would be poured by one person then after some time when its done then that mixture would go to our second step which is slicing and shaping in to balls in this mixture will be transferred to a container having a blade which would make balls and then it would goto the third step which shaping ball into circular shape and expanding it and the fourth one is going through oven and our roti will be ready
Project ObjectivesMotivation comes to our mind as we see this machine is really expensive if we import this from our neighboring countries i.e. China. Our main objective is to re build the machine at cheaper rates and making it cost effective for the consumers.
Project Implementation MethodTo make many rotis as possible within a particular time and to fulfill customers demand within the respective time
Benefits of the ProjectThe main benefit or the main feature is that of our project deals with single-person operable machine which would reduce human efforts and would increase the production of Rotis/Tortilla
Technical Details of Final DeliverableCustomer will place his order and immediately he will get a slip of his order for example he placed a order of 12 rotis so we can see the order in his slip. The machine is so accurate so it will work on the order as per customer requirement.
