Automatic Fire Detection and Controling Systm
With the rapid development of economy, there has been an increase of the number of fire accidents in parking building, Homes, different Factories, Hills, Markets, Vehicles and most of the offices. It is difficult to extinguish flames by common Fire extinguishers.
So the study on fire accidents has become one of the most essential research directions of fire safety science. Once a fire occurs in any area, occupants may get into panic. So it is vital to provide occupants appropriate information and guide them to the safe place effectively. Thereby raising the need to develop a reliable system for fire detection and to guide occupants to evacuate safely.
Most of the factories do not have an automatic system to stop fuel and electricity supply when fire breaks out, and it takes a lot of time for the fire service to reach the disaster spot. In this perspective, a system to detect fire and alarm the employees before it breaks out is a crying need.
In this project, we will design an IOT based intellegent fire alarming and controlling system to help detect fire as soon as possible and save precious human lives.
industrial accidents and fire incidents are every day routine in most industrial cities of Pakistan. Absence of precautionary measures and lack of robust regulatory systems has put the lives of laborers in permanent danger.
The desired system will use different sensors to detect the fire and the GPS module is used to detect the current location. The GSM module is used which will send a message to the concerned rescue team with exact location. An alarm is used which will notify the people and different colored lighting system is used which will guide the people to emergency exit way. A gas sprinkler is also installed which will be controlled by the intellegent system and will sprinkle gas to control the fire.
The core objective of the project is to control the fire.
The designed fire alarm system has wide area of application in household and industrial safety, especially in countries like Pakistan where internet is a major issue. Using this system, quick and reliable alert response is possible to initiate preventive measures to avert danger of fire. This is a cost effective fire alarm system which performs reliably to ensure safety from fire.
It can be installed in houses, industries, offices, ware-houses, car parkings, hospitals, high buildings and Universities etc. Large industrial or residential area can be monitored through the proposed system installing multiple modules, each for one floor or unit.
The desired project will notify the people with alarm and will guide them to emergency exit way through lighting system.
The project is made intellegent through programming to avoid false identification.
The concerned rescue team will be be notified withen seconds through automatic message.
The exact location will be traced using google earth/map
The controlling system will minimize the effects of fire upto great extent.
The project is cost effective.
The final delivarable is a portable prototype for the desired systrem.
The designed will be such that it can be installed at any place. A protective cover will be used to protect the circuitry from the fire.
The project has different sensors to get a correct decision.
The Alarm system and lighting system are used.
GPS module and GSM module are used to trace the location and send a message with location to concerned people.
Gas sprinkler is used to control the fire.
