Project Summary
Multi-layered security approach is based on two security features; face and fingerprints. The first part of the project is to detect and recognize the face. Whereas, the second part is the scanning and recognition of fingerprints.
In this project, face detection system will sense the face of the person. After the successful face recognition, the fingerprint system is activated for further approval. The proposed system will unlock the door if face and fingerprints are matched to the existing database.
Project Objectives
The objective of this project is to secure homes, offices and areas where intense security is the utmost demand.
Project Implementation Method
it is a hardware and software integrated system which consist of raspberry pi, sd card, finger-print sensor,lcd, hdmi cable, lcd camera, servo motor, etc. and in software we are using artificial intelligence based software which recognizes and identify the persons from database
Benefits of the Project
- Secure place where an unauthorized person is not allowed. For example, homes, bank lockers, military posts, etc.
- Searching/Recognition of faces and fingerprints; to catch the criminals, wanted persons, etc.
- Protect vehicles from thieves, data from intruders, etc.
