In view of reducing time and assurance of 100% cleaning we have opted this technology of proximity sensor based automation for car or vehicle cleaning highlighting sections for the same in further sections.

Project Implementation Method

In this car washing system, we reduce the more consumption of water firstly usually 150 gallons of water is used by us but using they process   approximately 35 gallons of water can be utilized saving large amount of it. We can also save manpower requirement and time consumption. The sensors send signal to the Programmable logic controller (PLC).  After detecting vehicles passing through it. At output Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operate relay which operate our water pump or conveyor belt or detergent water pump or fan

for drying.

This process must be improved and new step for Artificial intelligence
