Failed inspection of surgical equipments causes huge issues in medical field from manufacturer to patient. Manual inspection totally depends on inspector’s measuring and crack identification expertise. Manual inspection causes inaccuracy, effort, time and cost issues?????.
The dimensions of manufactured surgical equipments need to measure accurately and cracks must identify for good quality of products. Many systems come in market to reduce headache of owners of industries. But they still have cost, effort, hiring of technical employees and incomplete inspection problems.
In order to be successful, manufacturing industries need a tool to inspect every product accurately and precisely.
We proposed a fast and accurate automatic solution that uses digital image processing to measure dimensions of surgical product and identify cracks on it.
