Job web application is a kind of application by which we can find jobs easily by searching through them. It gives us a platform to announce any job or to search for them according to our own requirements. We can also apply for any job through this kind of application suggested by it.
Apna Rozgar will make it easy to search for the available jobs, helping the unemployed to get to know about the obtainable employment chances.
The uniqueness of our project is that, contrary to other job applications designed till now, our application is providing an online platform for both literate and illiterate but skilled ones. Literate people have knowledge about using the computer system. Illiterate finds it difficult to operate a computer but somehow they also need some source of income, we introduced a vital role of recruitment agent to help the skillful illiterate ones to get a job. Recruitment agent will notify them (illiterate volunteers for the job) each and every time when any job of their taste is available on Apna Rozgar.
In short, Apna Rozgar will help to increase the employment rate. It is a fast, easy, inexpensive and manageable method of getting updates for the available job chances.
Project ObjectivesUnemployment is “an annual percentage of labor force that cannot find a job”. Pakistan’s ratio of unemployment is more than 12%. Educated and uneducated both find difficulty in getting a job. Even if there are number of job opportunities available, most of people have no idea about it. Where the vacancy is available, where and how to apply etc. In some areas that are a little bit backward, job chances are approximately none.
The objectives of this project are:
