Although the government is taking necessary measures for their safety, still there are free safety apps for women that can help them to stay safe.
Most of the female these days carry their smartphones with them, so it is necessary to have at least one of the personal safety apps installed.
This is user friendly application that can be accessed by anyone who has installed it in their smartphones. Our intention is to provide you with the fastest and simplest way to contact your nearest help.
Project Objectives
- To provide a platform that allows you to send emergency notification to nearest users using sensors.
- To provide fastest and simplest way to contact your nearest help.
- To create a platform that will allow you to report any ongoing crime.
- To provide fastest and simplest way to contact your nearest help.
- To build a community of women that will help each other and share their experience.
To use this app, first we need to sign up and feed three contact numbers of our relatives, friends and family members etc. So, in case of emergencies we can shake our mobile phone up and down thrice so the motion sensors will get activated and the application will send messages with our location on the app to those contact numbers and calls one of them for help. Other ways to use this app includes reporting any ongoing crime you see, to locate the nearest safety locations and resources or to share your past experience like this to the whole community so that everybody can help each other either with safety tips or with any safety precautions. We can use these features after logging in to the application, we can either report any crime to the police contact numbers registered in the application or we can call any ambulance with the contacts data feeded into the system or we can help anyone who is need of any resources like fuels or etc, we can post any pic of ongoing crime in the application with the location in the community so the nearest help could arrive, or we can fulfill the basic purpose of this application of building a community, to share any safety related blog, safety tips or past bad experiences so that everyone can help each other in some way.
Benefits of the Project- Using mobile phone and dialing numbers manually in case of emergency can be a difficult task, this application provides you with sensors that can activate on shaking the mobile and sends notification to the nearest help.
- In addition, this project will be used for reporting any ongoing crime directly to any police station.
- It will provide you with the locations of nearest police stations, hospitals, ambulances, gas and fuel stations in case of any sort if emergency.
- This application will include an emergency digital wallet in case of emergencies it can be used to make transactions.
- One of the basic idea of this application is to create a community that can help each other and share their experience.
