The implementation of a Paperless workflow in the office work of an organization has many advantages, not only from an environmental point of view but also for the internal functioning and for the benefit of employees.
Thus, the proposed app will be a great headway in transferring documents from one entity to another with proper authentication resulting in a reduction of service and response time.
Project ObjectivesToday’s citizens want and expect to be able to self-service their needs using a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet, mornings, days, nights, weekends, and anytime in between. From paying bills online to scheduling service appointments to choosing their pavilion rental, the majority of your citizens would prefer to manage their needs online rather than stop by your office or pick up the phone.
My final objective is when the app is using in the company then every application, every notification, every circular in that, for that and from that will generate and go through from the app.
Project Implementation MethodThis application will be made on a flutter framework using Dart programming language. Software requirement is an Ide which will be visual studio code or android studio. The database will be the Firebase database. And an emulator is also required for testing at the time of development. Hardware requirements are a PC/laptop, an android device.
Benefits of the Project- In-APP Document Creation:
There is no need to import or scan documents from outside, though you can do this. You can create applications, notifications, circulars, any form and can able to share it with the respective authority directly.
- Centralized Management:
The main feature and also the benefit of this application is centralized management. It will sync all departments at once in a single application where notification, circular applications will be transferable on a single touch intra and inter-organization.
- Digital Signature Facility:
There is a risk of authenticity in every digital document and we have seen many documents on which “this is a computer-generated document no need of signature” is written which can a fraud. For that, there will be a digital signature feature here.
- Time-Saving:
Although this is a benefit this is a feature too. Because of the time-saving users will always prefer to use it.
- Paperless Workflow:
The main feature of this app is paperless workflow. There will be no need for paper in terms of registration, applications, notices, circulars, etc.
