The project consists of an embedded system that will help the business owners to analyse the shopping behaviour of the customers and to customize their requirements. The project mainly consists of machine learning algorithms and all the output of the analytics will be displayed of a dashboard in the form of numerics, charts, graphs,etc.

Project Implementation Method

The project is based on computer vision. Firstly, the video from the retail store will be sent to the system after which it will extract information that how many number of customers are in-there, ratio of genders, peak timing of the store, frequency of the customers, etc. The data fetched from it will be stored in database and will also be displayed to the owner in real-time, owing to which she/he can make marketing decisions.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Final deliverables will consist of a jetson nano GPU for high computational power along with a wireless camera. This system will be interfaced to our software.
