The proposed project uses the methodology of a Camera-Based Assistive device that can be used by blind peoples to read Text document. The framework is on implementing a picture capturing technique during a
software package. A maximum number of blind people use Braille for reading documents and books which are complicated to create and fewer readily available. This offers rise to the necessity for the

When the capture button is clicked, this method captures the document image placed ahead of the camera which is connected to the ARM microcontroller through USB. After selecting the method button the
captured document image undergoes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology. OCR technology allows the conversion of scanned images of printed text or symbols into text or information that will be
understood or edited employing a computer virus. In our system for OCR technology, we are using the TESSERACT library. Using Text-to-speech library the information is converted to audio. Camera acts as
a main vision in detecting the image of the placed document, then the image is processed internally and separates the label from a picture by using open CV-library and identifies the text which is through voice.
Now the converted text into audio output has listened either by connecting headsets via 3.5mm audio jack or by connecting speakers via Bluetooth.

just to make it easier for blind people to read a paper, in which blind people can easily read any paper without any human interface. This technology has a lot of challenges to the visually impaired people in
accessing the written text. There is also the problem of alignment and fonts issue occurs as well. So, this technology assists the needy people to read the text effectively and resolves the common issues.
We have successfully implemented conversion of text image into audio format. We also developed technique for object detection in an image and cropping of textual part of image using OPENCV libraries.
Our algorithm successfully processes the image and reads it out clearly with set volume. And also detect the object and crop the text part of image. This is an efficient as well as helpful device for the visually
impaired, illiterate, or has a learning disability people. We have applied our algorithm on many images and found that it successfully does its conversion. Block diagram of Blind reader system.
