AI (Artificial Intelligence) based Automated Timetable schedule basically depends upon machine learning AI, in which an authenticated and user-friendly Algorithm is known as a Genetic Algorithm is used to perform the overall functionality by using AI concepts, In genetic Algorithm usually used to implement AI concepts to develop the whole TimeTable For CS Department of Abbottabad University. It usually constitutes big data for the better usage of scheduling for both teachers, IT services, and Students. In AI-based Timetabling Teachers, Students, and IT services become able to easily access their Time slots, free slots, courses, lecture room locations, and credit hours.

Project Objectives

AI based Automated Timetable scheduling is a Web based application in which  Teacher , Student and IT services are became able to easily access their Time slots , free slots , courses , lecture room locations and credit hours.

It illustrates a big data involvement which in future became beneficial for whole CS Department of Abbottabad University(AUST).

Project Implementation Method

AI based Automated Timetable scheduling will be implemented by using AI(Artificial based )Macine learning concepts in which The Genetic Algorithm concepts will be applied upon it to properly functioning of Big Data constitutes of Credit hours, courses, lecture rooms , course code etc which will be easily access able to users in future.

Benefits of the Project

AI based Automated Timetable scheduling is a web application, which will  specially and specifically designed for CS Department of Abbottabad University of Science and Technology,as it covers the whole big Data of time table Schedule and clearly wipes out the desk work .As it overcome the problem of dealing with large data of managing schedule, maintaining free slots for lecture rooms and enhance easiness for both student and whole IT staff to get awared on time about their respective classes , courses code, course credit hours and course lecture rooms and easily get awared from their timetable. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

AI based Automated Timetable scheduling is a web application,which will be  developed upon AI (Artificial intelligence) machine learning phenomena in which the Algorithm known as Genetic Algorithm will be technically implemented upon the respective project , so that in result of which the student and whole IT services will be able to automatically generate their respective TimeTable along with course code, course credit hours and course lecture rooms.
