Project Summary

Pakistan is an agricultural economy, therefore agricultural sector contributes a major proportion to the overall economic development of the country. In agriculture the farmers and potential investors are the driving factors in fruitful cultivations. Given the resource limitations and financial status of our farmers, there are certain problems which hinders the cultivation process. Firstly, the lack of trust between the contracting parties(farmers and investors) itself poses a big question on whether or not to invest such a huge amount in a venture which is full of uncertainties. Secondly the farmers have to bear the overhead of finding potential investors, thereby fulfilling all the procedural formalities of data authentication and verification by filling in the required documents, which is certainly painstaking given the educational status of our farmers. In order to accommodate the aforementioned problems, we have come up with a solution which may cultivate trust with all the procedural formalities fulfilled with lesser discomfort and more reliability.

In this regard, we are developing a web based application, where farmers can directly meet investors. Farmers may request for the investments by uploading the relevant documents which are being verified by a third party leveraging trust in the agreement. The application will also maintain the investors profile which may give insights on the previous investments made by him/her. This will give farmers an idea on credibility of investors.

A way to device a digital solution, which will benefit both the farmers and investors.

A platform where farmers can directly ask for the investments from potential investors keeping in view the issues of trust authorization etc.

This will add to overall economic growth of agricultural sector of the country.

Project Implementation Method

                  Here are some phases

1. The first phase includes understanding the different aspects of Agricultural system in the country. It also includes the paper-work involved in such critical agreements ( i-e in huge amount of investments in the land ).
2. In second phase we will work on the paper prototypes of the proposed solutions which includes designing of login screens, dashboard, admin screens etc. This phase mainly focus on the front end of the website i-e user interfaces.  
3. In third phase we will be working on back end of the system which includes understanding of different components and their logical connections. This phase gives us the confirmation of the logical design of our system.
4. Finally the system will be deployed on the augmented server in order to test the overall system.

Benefits of the Project

This project will help us in order to grow our economy, also will help the farmers to get investment from the investors in good way.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

1. Our website divided into front end and back end. The front contains various pages and some of the are login, sign-up, farmer, investor, and admin.

        2. Data will be transfer to the admin to verify in good manner.

        3.  The main page accommodate farmers and investors alike to use the system to its maximum advantages
