Agri Automated Spraying Robot
The climate of the earth is changing. It becomes too warm and cold unpredictably. It is harder for farmers to work in such environment. Plants are playing vital role for the life on this earth. A framework is strictly required in order to get healthy food & vegetables. This project proposes to develop an automated spraying robot to measure the amount of mositure on land and spray according to the moisture level. This robot will be controlled through an android application using internet to spray agricultural production.
This will be wireless robot based on Internet of Things (IOT). The robot will follow a path that will be provided to it (line follower). Sensors used will be for obstacle avoidance. “Smart Agriculture Spraying Robot” is different from traditional spraying system that is difficult and time consuming. In this robot we will use micro controller chips and boards like ESP 32, NodeMCU/esp 8266, Arduino UNO etc. These are the chips that allows us to develop system that will be communicated and controlled through internet using android application. These circuits sends information to the web server. The sensor then sends this information to android application. In the same way, instructions are passed not directly to the robot; the server first receives the commands an then sends to these chips. There are different sensors and technique’s that can be used to automate the robot. The techniques are also dependent on what type of robot or system you are going to construct. So in our case, We are going to automate my robot for a path that it will have to follow to perform its task. We will IR*(Infra-Red) sensor for this purpose. There are different parameters that are essential in order to maintain the productions at peak that are the humidity level, soil moisturization and the temperature of air. These constraints will be reported simultaneously by our robot.

Overview:
The purpose of this robot is to automate the spraying system in the agriculture. The main purpose of our project is to provide affordable, compact, multi-purpose robot to farmers for their agricultural use. It will be able to send environment information such as temperature and soil data, automated in spraying plants, humidity in the air and so on. All of these functions will be performed using solar energy.
The basic idea of developing this system is for the modernization of agriculture. As its name implies it is built to perform multiple tasks. The system performs four different tasks those are, spraying pesticides on crops, soil analysis is done by temperature and moisture sensors, which sense the temperature and moisture so as to decide a proper amount of nutrients.
Final Deliverable will contain
Android app will send commands to web server. The server than communicates with ESP 32 and NodeMCU chips. All the sensors and DC motors are connected to these chips. These sensors receive signals from chips. Finally, the commands are executed.
