Project Area of Specialization Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProject SummaryBasically our system is based on efficient management for student’s payment. In present era student has to face many difficulties as he/she is restricted to stand in line for payment of bill (canteen,etc),issuance of books and to buy bus tickets. In order to avoid this difficulty a system is designed, in which student can automatically pay bills by scanning a card (RFID based).The system is not only efficient for students bur also for officials.
Project Objectives- First of all, we’ve designed a MY SQL database using HTML and PHP languages to generate a webpage in which data of students who are given RFID tags is stored. In the respective webpage we’ve included student name, ID, password and phone number.
- In next step, we’ve done separate interfacing of RFID Tag, GSM Module, Keypad and LCD display with Arduino microcontroller to test the components.
- Next, we’ve done Arduino coding and side by side we’ve designed hardware. This step is in process as we are doing coding step by step.
- As soon as we are done with previous step, the next step is of integration of MY SQL database with Arduino microcontroller.
- At the end we will arrange hardware in a proper manner, ensuring proper connections.
It has two main portions:
1. First is Arduino programming:
Our centralized system is complete database and we use Arduino Uno. And we’ll generate our source code by using visual studio.
2. Second is wiring system
RFID and GSM module are/will be interfaced with Arduino microcontroller.
How our system respond:
Working model:
it includes a single data base (web development) which communicates with three different systems that are bus station, canteen management system and library system with security. All the interfacing will be done through GSM module. Every student will have their own RFID card and have unique IDs and passwords. All the information related to ids and passwords will be stored in centralized data base.

3.Automatic book issuance system in library
